REO Services

  • Tidewater Closing & Escrow offers a full suite of Title and Escrow services for the default process, from pre-foreclosure through to purchase and REO. This includes providing Title Reports through to Insurable Title Commitments, as well as full settlement services.

Quitclaim Deed Services

  • We prepare and process Quitclaim Deeds, which operate as a release without warranty, intended to pass any title, interest, or claim the grantor may have in the property. Our services include drafting the conveyance, notarization, and recording, simplifying this process for our clients.
